This apartment is located on the top floor of the house, it is very spacious and versatile, it is adapted to be used both for individual or couple use, and for large groups of up to 6-7 people.
It has a large balcony lookout with a porch, offering beautiful views over the Landro Valley, Monte Castelo, Monte San Roque, the garden, and even the urban center of Viveiro. Its ceilings are high, showcasing the original wooden beams of the house's roof. It features a living-dining-kitchen area, one bedroom, and a bathroom for the option of 1-2 people, and two additional bedrooms, another kitchen-dining area, and another bathroom for the option of up to 6-7 people.
Access to the apartment is through a porch with stairs directly from the public road. You can barbecue in the garden of our property, and there are even wooden tables for outdoor dining. In the old mine facilities, this area housed the small hospital, some offices, and the housing for medical personnel of the time.
